This low proof Champagne Spritzer is going to be a huge hit at your Christmas party, and I’m giving you two ways to make it!
Get in here, it’s the most wonderful time of the year!

This is the , a very simple to make Champagne Spritz that’s going to be the social lubrication at your next Christmas Bash. It goes down easy and won’t put you into the stratosphere so your guests can happily enjoy a few at the party without regretting it the next day. I give you two ways to make it, the standard approach first, and then an elevated method second so that you can decide which is best for your guests. My preference is for the improved version that I decided to call an Uncle Lewis for reasons that will become apparent in the video, (It involves fire!) Merry Christmas!
